There are four bedrooms available in the warm and comfortable farmhouse and it is fully
furnished. Three bedrooms have double beds, the forth has a queen bed. Rooms can be shared if desired and are rented by the room. Linens are included. In winter you can cross country ski on the farm ski trails. Ski and snowshoe rentals are available locally. We are located within a half hour from Killington, Sugarbush and The Snow Bowl for downhill skiing. In Summer please
bring your swim suits if you plan to swim in the river or at the pond. The Farmhouse has wifi DSL and satellite
TV. The swimming hole in the White River is a short walk across the
hayfield. Public tennis courts are available 2 miles from the house, in
town.

Master bedroom, double bed $90 per night

Downstairs bedroom, queen bed $90 per night

We have walking and riding trails on the farm. We offer discounts for longer stays.
BARN
and PASTURE FACILITIES:
Cobble Hill has 12 x 12 matted box stalls. There is a 60 x 120 indoor arena for inclement weather.
We have one acre grassy turnouts with shade that are
electric fenced. There is high tensile perimeter fencing with white tape
divider paddocks.
For horses that are not fence trained for electric we have
two board paddocks that are not grassy.
Fee for stall and pasture is $25 per day.
Master Bedroom
There are three
bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with a queen bed. Maximum capacity is 8 people.
